Recorded autumn 1971 in Studio Decibel. Dan Söderqvist played electric guitar on this LP. The other musicians were Andreas Brandt, Mikael Johanson, Dennis Lundh, Sebastian Öberg and Jan Ternald. Additional musicisns on the CD bonus live tracks: Kjell Karlgren (sax), Christer Öhman (drums), Christer Bothen (sax).

The second LP by ÄLGARNAS TRÄDGÅRD was recorded during 1973-74 but was not released until 2001 when Silence issued it on CD, appropriately titled 'Delayed'. Again Dan Söderqvist played electric guitar. The other musicians were: Andreas Brandt (violin), Mikael Johansson (bass), Dennis Lundh (drums), Jan Ternald (keyboards) and Sebastian Öberg (cello).

Oct 1979 LP (+ Japanese CD & digital album) RAGNARÖK: FJÄRILAR I MAGEN

Dan Söderqvist played electric guitar and synth (ARP Odyssey) on this LP and wrote/co-wrote three tracks. Recorded summer 1979 at studio Decibel. The other musicians were Peter Bryngelsson (guitar, electric guitar), Thomas Wigert (drums), Peder Nabo (piano, flute), Kjell Karlgren (saxophone).

"Twice a man member Dan Söderqvist (a.k.a. rhea tucanae) has made a couple of MySpace-collaborations since october 2007, one of them Fungi from Yuggoth, originally a poem by the american Weird Fiction master H.P. Lovecraft. The amazing californian artist Pixyblink is reading and has provided with samples and ambiences, Dan made music, vocals and production, photos made by Jenny Eve van den Arend. We are happy to announce that Fungi from Yuggoth will be released the 3th of June 2009 to people on our mailinglist, a week later to shops. The digital download release through Itunes will be the 20th of August 2009. The cover is a Digipak with a 16 pages booklet. 11 of the 36 verses is here presented, playtime 44.06 minutes. "Murmures is the name of an art installation showed at the gallery La Part Du Reve in Perpignan, France, during the summer 2023. This installation was created together with the visual artist Tempora Flow (Fr) and includes twelve large poetic portraits of 19th century unknown persons. On the cover you will find one of the portraits; Les Maries De Södermanland. The sound track is based on field recordings from many different places, including a fountain in Salamanca, Spain, a church in Greffeil, south of France, birds from Swedish island Öland, footsteps from Heist-Op-Den-Berg, Belgium, sounds from the river Tech, Pyrenees Orientales and more. The reading in Swedish is from the early 19th century poet Erik Johan Stagnelius and is about 'The Poet' another portrait in the collection. "Music, Performance & Production: Dan Söderqvist. Cover Photo: Jenny Eve van den Arend. A New Victorian Age contains unreleased instrumental music from the 1990s. Much can be said about this period in time. It sure had a more positive belief for the technological development and this music indicates a hopeful attitude for a bright future, some now lost naivety, perhaps. The 'Cube' tracks are early versions of what would become the soundtrack for the computer game Kula World (1997). There are also some music related to Twice a Man-projects that never made it into full-blown productions, such as the computer game OBAFGKM and the dance perfomance Pleiades."

"At the end of 2019 I [Dan Söderqvist] started Cosmic Garden Project together with my friends Per Svensson (The Kingdom of Evil, New Alchemy) and drummer Pontus Torstensson (Tentakel). During a long process we built a concept that involves a number of different musical styles; Psychedelic, Progressive, Ambient and more. Essential recordings have been made in the Silence Studio and in the forest of Koppom with legendary sound engineer Anders Lind. Sounds from field recordings are blended with organic and electronic instruments. Nature, imagination, dreams are sources of inspiration in the project. A surreal landscape takes shape. We are traveling, exploring unknown territories. The world we live in have many dimensions apart from the obvious reality. Dreams and imagination create worlds that are sometimes as real. Environmental awareness is in the core of this project, expressed in the music, lyrics and the artwork."
