March 1979 non-album 7" The Special A.K.A.: Gangsters / The Selecter: The Selecter

    The Special A.K.A.: Gangsters / The Selecter: The Selecter (Two-Tone Records TT1/TT2)
5000 copies were made, with a hand-stamped cover. "The Special A.K.A." was their first name. Shortly after this they changed to "The Specials". "The Selecter" was another group. "Two-Tone Records" was their own record label, and it was distributed by Rough Trade.
