9 April 1982 LP (+CD) B.E.F.: MUSIC OF QUALITY AND DISTINCTION VOLUME 1

B.E.F. (British Electric Foundation) is a 'Heaven 17' project. Apparently 'It's Over' was also released as a single (Virgin VS 498) on 28 May 1982. The New Musical Express released a tape in the autumn of 1982 (Mighty Reel 004) with a 6 min version of Secret Life of Arabia. Andrew A. Anderson told me that the 1982 LP METHODS OF DANCE - VOLUME 2 includes a different version titled "The Secret Life of Arabia (dub) 7.29" (Virgin Records, OVED 7).

(Dec 1998) coll-CD B.E.F.: MUSIC OF BEF/BEST OF

A cheap reissue compilation from the two BEF albums, containing two of the three MacKenzie contributions. Unfortunatly they left out 'The Secret Life of Arabia'. Thanks to Drew Radtke for telling me about this CD. 'The Secret Life of Arabia' can also be found a CD from 1997 called 'The David Bowie Songbook' (Connoisseur Collection, VSOP CD 236).
